Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of terms

By applying to a program, submitting a talent request, or otherwise using Tuostack's services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

2. Our services

Tuostack provides hands-on training programs, career support, and a verified talent network connecting trained graduates with hiring companies and organizations.

3. Payment & income-share terms

Where you choose our income-share (ISA) funding option, you agree to pay an agreed percentage of your income for a fixed period only after you land a qualifying role above a minimum income threshold. If you don't land a qualifying role, you owe nothing under the ISA.

4. Talent network participation

Joining the talent network is optional and requires completing our verification process. You control your profile's visibility at all times and may opt out of the network without affecting your program enrollment.

5. Intellectual property

Course materials remain the property of Tuostack. Projects you build during a program remain yours, though you grant us permission to showcase verified project work as part of your public talent profile, where enabled.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for violations of these terms, including fraudulent applications or misuse of the talent network.

7. Limitation of liability

Tuostack provides training and introductions in good faith but does not guarantee employment outcomes. We are not liable for decisions made by hiring partners or employers.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, without regard to conflict of law principles.
